STAR WARS X-WING ORIGAMI CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT DIY

GEEK this look with the following materials:
- Clear glass Christmas ornament
- 4" X 4" Origami paper
- Instruction on how to fold X-Wing (online)
- Needle and thread
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Stick (popsicle stick, chopstick, or similar)

DIY (Do It Yourself) by following these steps:
- Fold Origami paper into X-Wing
- Cut thread to proper length
- Thread the needle with a tied knot at one end
- Insert thread into center of X-Wing so that it balances when hung (don't remove needle yet)
- Fold X-Wing in half (lengthwise)
- Take "hook loop" cap off the ornament
- Insert X-Wing into opening of clear ornament (ensure thread and needle remain outside)
- Unfold (flatten) the X-Wing inside the ornament with help of a stick
- Thread the needle into ornament cap
- Place cap back onto the ornament
- Adjust the length of the thread so that X-Wing floats in middle of ornament
- Remove needle and tie down the thread onto the ornament "hook loop"
- Tie a ribbon onto top of the ornament 

BAM! A floating X-Wing inside a clear glass Christmas ornament! Have a Merry Star Wars Christmas (with new movie coming out in 5 days)!
